Can I see some more of your work?
Of course! If you've already been to our packages page, watched all of our montages and just can't get enough, give us a ring or fill in your details on our contact page, and we'll send you a sample DVD.
How many cameras do you use?
We always use at least 2 cameras to capture your special day. This allows us to move about less, and, although time consuming, properly edited footage from multiple sources results in a huge improvement in the quality of your video.
What does the price include?
Everything. We don't charge for mileage or extra time spent. The price you are given is the price you'll pay. It won't change unless you change your package.
When do you arrive at the church?
We like to arrive at the church 90 minutes before the service to film the Groom arriving and to set up.
What will you wear on the day?
We always wear suits, shirts and ties.
Will you be getting in the way at my wedding service?
No. We pick our spots and stay there. The only time we move is for the signing and then only with the permission of the church and the client.
Do you require a dinner?
No. We can use that time preparing for the evening. Wedding meals are expensive and we don't expect you to pay for our food. If you have an evening buffet we would appreciate being allowed to use it, but that's entirely up to you.
Will you film the dinner?
No. The dinner is a chance for you and the guests to relax and enjoy yourselves. Having someone filming your guests eating is neither enjoyable or relaxing.
Can you use music we choose for our Video Montage?
Of course. It helps if you can inform us of your choices before the wedding so we get to work on your DVD right away.
How long does it take to complete the edit?
We aim to have the DVD completed within 10-12 weeks from your date. However this is only possible if you have chosen your music before the date. Depending on the time of year your DVD may be completed sooner than this.
How long will the final DVD be?
That depends on the day. We try to include as much as possible. Your DVD menus are well structured and indexed to allow you to find each section.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured including public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Do you mic the groom to record the vows?
Yes. We will place wireless mics on the groom to record your vows.
